Bionext® has been engaged in the production of bacterial cellulose for several uses, always aiming at contributing to the health and well-being of the society in general.
In order to prove the efficacy of pellicles used as temporary skin substitutes, dozens of clinical studies have been carried out and published, among which stand out 20 that were published in Brazil, 3 in Italy, and 6 in Continental China. Over 900 patients were involved in these clinical trials giving the product a strong scientific support. New studies will be conducted in Brazil.
